The judges for this season include: Michelle Williams, former Destiny’s Child member; Stellar Award winner J. Moss; and one of the music industry’s most respected executives, Mitchell Solarek. Kimberly Locke, from American Idol, will serve as co-host with Mike Kasem (MTV’s Top 20 Video Countdown, American Top 10). Greg O’Quin and vocal ensemble iPraize returns to the gospel music scene with a brand new album, After the Storm. After an 8 year hiatus, O’Quin is back on a new label, Pendulum Records, to offer a dynamic CD with 15 power-filled songs.

The first single from the upcoming album, “Lead Me Jesus,” was #1 most added on the gospel charts when it debuted in March.  Since then, it has been steadily climbing the gospel charts each week. Sheri Jones-Moffett was recently signed to EMI Gospel, and her upcoming album Renewed will be available August 11, 2009 in stores and on and itunes.
Moffett has always been known as a collaborater and as a featured vocalist, from The Tri-City Singers to her duo work in Ted & Sheri, and you’ve heard her powerful voice behind many hit songs including the powerful Grammy nominated song "Encourage Yourself." This summer she’ll be making her debut as a solo artist.
